Meadow Creek believes being baptized according to scripture, is an important first step for a Christian. It is an outward symbol of the inner commitment to Jesus Christ. Jesus told His disciples in Matthew 28:18, "I have been given complete authority in Heaven and on Earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit."
As a believer and follower of Christ, it is an important step of obedience to follow Christ"s command to be baptized. We also think a celebration is in order whenever a part of the Meadow Creek family makes a public declaration. We typically hold our baptisms at the indoor pool of the YMCA at Trinity Lutheran College, located on the Plateau. Check out our events calendar, as we hold two baptisms annually. Also, please let us know, at the church office (425) 391-1876 or at the Fellowship Café if you would like to sign up to be baptized.
